However, candidates who have regularized/repaid such dues on or before the date of issuance of offer letter, but whose CIBIL status has not been updated on or before the date of joining, shall have to either get the CIBIL status updated or produce the NOCs from lender that there is no dues pending with respect to adversely reflected in the CIBIL, failing which the letter of offer shall be cancelled.
