Remuneration
- The remuneration payable to the advisor shall be the last drawn pay i.e. Basic Pay from last Govt Organization at the time of superannuation.
- The remuneration will extend (i.e. one year above) shall be pay will also increased by 5% on the last drawn remuneration.
- BEL makes transport arrangement limited upto Rs 8000/-. Also TADA & accommodation arrangement.
Experience
- Minimum 25 year of experience should have retired in the Grade of scientist ‘G’ /equivalent. Design activities related to defence communication with use of combat net radios, VLF receivers, signal processing.
Role & Responsibility
- Advisor work under the research and development categories.
- Minimum 8 days of working shall be the unit/office/on site location work.
- Advisor shall be entitled to TA/DA for official work journey.
- Employee should be clear from vigilance/disciplinary angle at the retirement time.
- Guidance in house design and development for areas and mentor.
- Understanding analysis, finalization, with legacy communication equipment.
- Guidance finalise test and integration.
