- To Make sure the Bank transformation initiative follows RBI guidelines and internal audit frameworks.
- Monitor progress of all transformational projects and ensure new products and improvements delivering timely.
- Identify the gaps in key strategic processes across banks and design simpler customer focused processes.
- Work with external consultants and industry partner to learn best practices and apply new ideas in transformation projects.
