1) Bachelor degree in Law from recognized university of India and recognized by Law bar council (as an advocate enrolment) 2) Students pursuing 5 years of integrated Law course/ 3 years of law course after graduation in any stream. 3) Research and analytical skills, written abilities, knowledge of computer (e-SCR, Manu Patra, SCC online, LexisNexis).
Selection Process
Part I – Multiple choice questions (online Test)
Test I qualify minimum 60% of marks but in the event of large number of candidates qualify so selection will be based on Merit list.
Part II – Subjective Written Test
to evaluate the candidates writing and analytical skill writing test will be held. Test papers will be visible on candidate’s computer screen and candidates have to use pen & paper to write answers. Answer sheet will be evaluated following the ratio of 1:10 as against the number of tentative vacancies.
Part III – Interview
candidates successfully qualified both the rounds eligible for interview in the ratio of 1:3 as against the number of tentative vacancies.
Important information
1) There will be negative mark 0.25 in every wrong answer.
2) Multiple choice questions test and writing test will be conducted in 23 cities same day in 2-3 shift.
3) No travelling cost will be reimbursed to candidates appearing in tests.
4) Candidates have to fix in their mind that they even work at an odd hour and on holidays in case of work burden.
